Create info graphic using the detail What are we implementing?  We are implementing site digital communication channel to improve communication and transparency in alignment with our strategy and VOT actions.  We have already installed six monitors in strategic positions across site.  Content will be displayed 24/7 to ensure accessibility across all shifts. What will be communicated on the screens - Site Vision Videos - Employee and team recognitions - Employee achievements - Site Strategy updates and Tiger/Culinary Townhalls - Safety Updates & Behavioural Observation Videos - Plant Performance Metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, MECP) - HR updates (Vacancies, Appointments, Training & Development, Policy Updates, Birthdays, Long Service Awards) - Great Place to Work Updates (Site Activities & CSI Initiatives) Implementation Timeline: The digital communication screens will go live on 1st April 2025.
