His stance is hunched, grotesquely misshapen, less a man, more an unstable confluence of stolen power and mutated flesh. His face is now warped by vampiric hunger and demonic cruelty. One side is twisted with a skeletal, bat-like grin, its jaw distending unnaturally. Fanged teeth drip a thick black ichor. A second, malformed draconic jaw occasionally flickers into view as if phasing between forms. His eyes glow with an eerie red-black light, while four Beholder eye stalks burst from his shoulders like grotesque, twitching antennae, each burning with different colored energy. His arms remain semi-humanoid but swollen with vampiric veins and fungal pustules. Two massive, flailing, blackened tentacles covered in glistening suckers extend from his shoulders, each covered in runes and barbs. His skin is a patchwork horror: Fungal spores bloom from one shoulder, pulsing and releasing faint clouds of glowing green mist. Draconic scales in deep crimson and obsidian form a protective armor across his chest and arms. Frost clings to his legs and spine. Pulsing black veins web across his body. Lightning arcs periodically between his extremities. His throat and chest glow briefly with a volcanic hue.
